Originally voted by the panel to be at #8, They switched it up and put Wiz At #9 and put Big Sean at #8. Wiz Khalifa released his debut album last year and even tho it was a bit commercial and highly criticized it sold tremendously for any new MC, or MC period. Not to mention he released Cabin Fever, a mixtape filled with Lex Luger beats AND a soundtrack for his first movie alongside his role model Snoop Dogg. Also having a tour and a two weekly video blogs last year, Wiz has a huge following of Taylor's that don't seem like they'll die down anytime soon.
