Meek Mill lands in the #7 spot on MTV's list. Probably the artist on the list with the most street buzz, and the only artist on the list with no retail album out. Meek Mill did have his dreamchasers mixtape hosted by Dj Drama. Also arguably the song of 2011 "I'm A Boss" and many good verses on the Self Made Vol 1 album, there is no doubt that Meek Mill is holding his own. House Party was another club banger that started getting hot towards the end of the year, hopefully Meek Mill can carry this momentum over into his debut album!
