Will Smith & Jada Pinkett-Smith Deny Rumors Of Break Up. Couple Issues Statement

 

This morning news broke that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith were breaking up their 13-year marriage.

In Touch Weekly reported the story first and other news organizations picked up on it from there.

The story prompted the Will's 18-year-old son, Trey, to take to his Twitter account to deny his dad was splitting from his step mom.

"Will and Jada getting a DIVORCE ..NOT TRUE AT ALL !!," Trey wrote. "No they did NOT split ! False information."

Shortly afterwards Jada and Will issued a joint statement.

"Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false," Smith's publicist said in a statement. "We are still together, and our marriage is intact."
